Taste of Hudson is returning for its 5th year to historic Downtown Hudson, Ohio for a two-day celebration of food and fun. Sunday and Monday, September 6 & 7, 2009 will be another Labor Day weekend to remember as you leisurely stroll amongst acres of delectable food, music, entertainment, fine arts, classic and antique cars and the great specialty and boutique shops and stores that make downtown Hudson such a unique experience. The 2008 Taste of Hudson attracted 25,000 food and fun loving patrons, making The Taste one of the biggest, and most successful events ever held in the entire region. Join us this Labor Day Weekend and experience the Taste.
Co-presented by Akron Children's Hospital, Summa Health System, and Acme Fresh Market the Taste of Hudson benefits the Summit County Safe Kids Coalition, Leadership Hudson, and numerous area charities. Through the Taste of Hudson and the Safe Kids Coalition, proceeds will go to many wonderful organizations that promote and implement strategies to prevent childhood injuries through community awareness. $100,000 dollars have been donated to numerous charities by TOH since 2005.

- Wine & Beer Tasting Garden presented by the Cleveland Wine School and Laurel Lake with live music, fabulous food, select beers from Anhesser Busch and House of LaRose and dozens of wines to choose from!
- Acme Fresh Market stores sampling tent.
- Exhibitor Tents located throughout the festival.
- Learn cooking secrets and techniques from the pros in the Western Reserve School of Cooking demonstration tent featuring chefs from the TOH participating restaurants.
- Live music from five stages featuring over 70 local and regional bands.
- Children's crafts and activities in the Little Tikes family activities tent.
- Health screenings and child safety education courtesy of Akron Children's Hospital and Summa Health System.
- Performance artists strolling throughout the festival site
- Fine Arts Fair featuring some of the area's finest artisans.
- A youth art exhibition sponsored and coordinated by FASTFRAME
- Family activities, inflatables, community organizations and folk music stage and workshop on the Clocktower Green.
