The 7th Annual "Hail to the Chefs" Preview Gala On Tap for Friday June 1

Gala Event Previews Taste of Hudson Chefs during Strolling Dinner Party. The date has been set for Hail to the Chefs, Hudson's premier gala to showcase many of the chefs and restaurants participating in this year's Taste of Hudson. The event, in its seventh year, will be held on Friday, June 1, at Lake Forest Country Club, from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m.

The area's finest chefs will serve up preview samples of their selections for Taste of Hudson, the annual two-day food and entertainment festival to be held on Labor Day weekend, September 2 & 3, 2012. We are ready for the 8th Annual Taste of Hudson, are you?

Savor the flavor from over 20 of the area's best restaurants and chefs as they prepare scrumptious selections from their in-restaurant menus. While enjoying these culinary delights you can leisurely stroll the many acres of family activities and non-stop entertainment. With eight stages and over 100 live entertainment performances being planned we are certain you will have a great time in Hudson this Labor Day weekend.  In continuing our tradition of showcasing the best of the Western Reserve plans for this year’s Taste include the return of the fine arts and crafts fair, the popular Little Tikes Land and Jo-Ann Fabric and Crafts Stores Kids' Craft Zone with non-stop fun for the little ones.
